- Admission to MOMS annual meeting

Conference dinner
A conference dinner, open to all, will be held at The Music Room at The Assembly House on Wednesday 1 November 2023. The cost is £55 per person. Due to capacity at the venue, places will be limited and if over-subscribed a waiting list will be used.

Cancellation policy
- Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to
- Refunds will be made for cancellations received before Monday 9 October 2023
Waiting list
There will be waiting lists for both the conference and dinner. If they are oversubscribed, you will be given the option of joining the relevant waiting list at registration. We will contact those on the waiting list in turn by e-mail in the event of cancellation of another delegate.
Please make sure that the e-mail address you provide is one you check regularly. If a space comes up, you will be given a 5-day window to take up the space before it goes to the next person on the waiting list.
